Moving to Corpus Christi with his wife in 2002, he continued work in real estate and for the past 3 years Bob has served as Director of Development and a limited partner with Ocean House Corpus Christi, Ltd. This group is developing a 54 acre luxury, $200,000,000 hotel resort on Nueces Bay in Corpus Christi.
Armando Martinez, Coastal Bend CDI Ventures, Ltd. Armando is President of Architectural Design Associates, Inc., San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Martinez, a University of Texas Graduate (1974), has completed over $500,000,000 in projects and is founder of ADA, Inc.
